Initially incorporated as Bajaj Auto Consumer Finance Limited in December 2021, it was renamed Bajaj Auto Credit Limited in December 2023. The company provides specialized finance for Bajaj make two-wheelers and three-wheelers, ensuring customers can easily purchase their desired Bajaj vehicles through convenient financing options.

I would like to share my experience with Pratham Bajaj. As a company, Bajaj is excellent, and their bikes are known for performance and reliability. However, my experience with one of your associates, Mr. Prathmesh, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. From day one, I have been facing multiple issues with the bike – including problems with the radiator, brake light, and tail light. Shockingly, the bike was driven 30 km without coolant, there was no engine oil, and no oil in the brake plate at the time of delivery. This clearly shows a lack of basic pre-delivery inspection and knowledge. To make matters worse, my bike is not even registered under Bajaj 24/7 service, yet I was sent a fake-looking PDF claiming otherwise. When I tried to get clarification, Mr. Prathmesh had no understanding of the features or service status of the motorcycle, and did not take any responsibility or offer proper solutions. This kind of negligence and careless attitude from a staff member directly impacts the reputation of a respected brand like Bajaj. I request the management of Pratham Bajaj to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against such irresponsible behavior. The company is good, but just one careless associate can create a bad name in the market. Thank you.
